Andrea Rogers is the Managing Broker and a sales agent at AgentOwned Realty on the Isle of Palms. She has has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005 and has been with AgentOwned since 2008. Her excellent customer service has qualified her for East Cooper Top Producer and Realtor of Distinction awards every year since 2012. Since 2019, Andrea has been among the top 2% of producers within the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®. In 2022, she sold 41.5 units with a sales volume of over $42 million! She admittedly owes her success to repeat business from her amazing clients and their referrals.
Andrea was born and raised on the Isle of Palms, SC. She studied business at the College of Charleston, then moved to Atlanta, GA, where she ran a high-end interior and decorative painting and color consulting business for 15 years. During that time, she began buying investment properties, renovating, and flipping them. Getting her real estate license was a logical next step, and when Andrea moved back to the Charleston area, she began her real estate career full-time.
When Andrea is not masterfully negotiating deals, streamlining transactions, analyzing markets, or working directly with her clients, she enjoys spending time with her partner, their 17-year old daughter, and their 3 dogs, as well as financing her daughter's addiction to their rescue Thoroughbred horse.
